These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of products by consumers from AMARÍH Collections Perfumes (www.amarihcollections.com). Sales on www.amarihcollections.com are conducted by AMARÍH AB, corporate registration number 559538-7514 (“the Company”). By placing an order on www.amarihcollections.com you enter into a binding purchase agreement with AMARÍH AB and acknowledge that you are bound by these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time. It is the responsibility of the consumer to review the Terms and Conditions prior to each purchase.

Eligibility
To place an order on the website, you must be at least 18 years of age. In accordance with Swedish law, AMARÍH AB does not permit credit purchases for persons under the age of 18. The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or amend any order, including but not limited to cases where inaccurate personal information has been provided or where there are adverse credit records.

Product Availability and Accuracy of Information
AMARÍH AB, corporate registration number 559538-7514, reserves the right to discontinue products and to correct any errors or inaccuracies on the website, including, without limitation, errors in product descriptions, technical specifications, pricing, price adjustments (including changes from suppliers or currency fluctuations), or availability information.

The Company reserves the right to correct such errors and to modify or update the information on the website at any time. In the event that an incorrect price is listed for a product you have ordered, the Company will notify you and obtain your approval of the corrected price before proceeding with the order. All images and illustrations on the website are for reference purposes only and do not guarantee the exact quantity, appearance, functionality, or origin of the products delivered.

Shelf Life and Allergic Reactions
AMARÍH AB reminds consumers that the shelf life of its products may vary depending on storage conditions and usage. Our perfumes have a recommended shelf life of twelve (12) months from the date of opening the packaging. This recommendation does not constitute a guarantee, and actual shelf life may vary depending on storage conditions.

Consumers are responsible for reviewing the list of ingredients provided with each product, which is available on the product and on the website, to ensure that the product does not contain any ingredients to which they may be sensitive. In the event of an allergic reaction, consumers are advised to contact AMARÌH AB´s customer service immediately.
